Do you have a minimum wholesale order?
Yes, we do require a minimum order now of $50.00.

Do you have volume discounts?
Yes! Please inquire for more information.

Volume discounts begin on orders over a certain amount.

Do you require a Sales Tax ID for purchases?

Yes we do require your sales tax ID.
 If we feel that you are not purchasing for resale purposes we do have the right to refuse your order and refund your money.

I placed an order today. How long before I receive my merchandise?

Provided there aren't any problems with the order, most orders ship within 1-2 business days after you've placed the order. For instance, if you place an order on Monday, it will most likely ship on Wednesday.

If you need expedited shipping , please instruct us under "special instructions" for the date and time you need your merchandise,  we will then issue you an invoice for the cost of that shipping method once the package has been weighed. Please do not delay in the payment of the shipping invoice or we will be forced to hold your package or have it recalled.

We do not have control of the package once it leaves our hands, please understand that ground time in transit may vary by a few days each time.  Therefore if you have received a package in 2 days before, it is possible that your next order can take 3-4 days.  Please do not rely on past shipping times for future shipments.  If you need your order by a certain date, mention that in special instructions and we will contact you should that not be possible via Ground Shipping, to arrange other shipping methods.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We will charge exactly what is charged to us. This can be further discussed when finalizing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. This can be further discussed when finalizing your order.

I received my order, I received items I did not order or something is missing from my order. What should I do?
Please send an email and ask us to call you. The email address can be found by clicking on "contact us".  Please include the invoice number of your order in the subject so that we may be sure to address your problem correctly. All discrepencies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your merchandise, otherwise our exchange or replacement policy is void.

I received my order, but my invoice says OUT OF STOCK for an item. Will this be backordered?
If the item is expected to arrive within 7 days we will do backorders. Sometimes, unfortunately, we run out of items before we can update the website. If the item is not going to back order we will notify you within 7 days to find out whether you want to do a substitution or receive a credit for your next order.  Your credit will be kept on file.  We cannot credit your credit card, as we do not keep that information on file, we are paid via paypal.  Should you decide not to use your backorder credit we can credit the amount back to your paypal account at your request.



What is your return or exchange Policy?
We will only exchange items if they were found to be damaged upon shipping. Any items wishing to be exchanged must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving shipment.
